Data Controllers include sport entities that you are member in, e.g. your club, association, state or national sporting body.  This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or register on our site “The Site”.

We do not use your data for any social communications or events. However, Club, association, state or national sporting body that you belong to, may use your data to provide you with information we believe may be of interest to you such as end of year celebration and special club events.

Your data is stored and protected in accordance with industry better practices in our state-of-the-art hosted Data Centres. Our security practices and processes to store and handle this data is regularly reviewed by independent third-party security firms and optimised in accordance with their recommendations.

Your personal information stored in our data centre in the Republic of Ireland and a standby facility located in Australia. Backup data is held securely by a cloud provider located in Republic of Ireland. We may access some of your data by our development team located in Australia.

Google User Data

Google Sign In

Some of our sites utilise Google Sign In. We do not obtain, share or store any personal or sensitive information from Google.

YouTube Integrations

Where customers authorise us to do so via a Google consent screen, we will use Google data to manage YouTube live streams and videos on the customer's YouTube channel for events that the customer schedules via our services.  We do not obtain, share or store any personal or sensitive information from Google.

If data cannot be deleted due to integrity of past records (for example historical competition data) then personal data will be anonymised.

Definitions

Data Controllers: A Data Controller is the legal entity, person or other body that hold and stores customer information and it is the legal entity responsible for the security of that data. This includes where applicable, club, association, state or national sporting body.  

Data Processors: A Data processor is FrogBox who process the data in accordance with the requirements set by the Data controller.  

Consent means freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject’s approval by which he or she, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing (and storing) of personal data relating to him or her. It is the duty of Data processor to collect consent from Data subject before storing the data in the System.
